What Is Behind Those Bland Eyes Of His?
Aug. 23rd, 2006 03:21 amNot a bad night I guess. Aside from the fact that my arm was killing me for a majority of the night and halfway through work my allergies were killing me. I think my arm stopped hurting towards the end of the work which worked for me. I suppose I'm still not quite up to moving furniture with ease. Mum and I moved all of the furniture out of her room on Monday night so they could put new carpet in. I did come to another conclusion while we were moving things.
I hate moving furniture.
It took being pinned to a chair by a dresser and slammed in my bad knee with a headboard to come to that conclusion, but it has been made. So unless you're absolutely convinced that you are one of my favourite people in the whole world, do not ask me to help you move. =D
After work I was going to take Stephanie home and watch movies, but Brian's car died again so I waited around with him for AAA. I was supposed to give him a ride home, but he got a car in the end. Not that it would have mattered because I ended up heading down that way anyway. Went down to Denny's on Central and hung out with Toaster and Andy for a bit. I considered having coffee, but then I decided that in order to have coffee I would have to eat something. In order to eat something I would have to spend money that I shouldn't spend. So I hung out for a bit and then came home and ate a sandwich. Now I'm watching 'From A Whisper To A Scream'.
Now that I think about it I probably should have rented another type of movie tonight too. It occurs to me that I rented three of them and they are all horror. Not that much scares me, but I usually like to have something on back up in the event that something really does. Meh, if it starts to bother me I can always turn it off and put on some Star Trek or something. Huzzah. I am considering pausing it and just listening to the rain, though. It just started and it smells nice in here. Nothing like the rain to end a pretty good night, I say.
