Wheeeeee~
The past few days have been pretty good. Only problem is that every once in a while my ear pops and a little cough slips out, no worries though. I feel tip top. Tomorrow I have to go run a bunch of errands and then I get to work. The rest of the family is supposed to go out of town on Friday morning, but at this point I'm not really sure if my mom is going or not. She has foot surgery on Monday and then I get to spend two weeks taking care of her. I also get to spend those two weeks trying to get ready for my move.
Yes, move.
Beth, my bestest forever hero, is letting me move into her house. It's not going to be for another few weeks, but this is a big step for me. It will be the first time that I'm out of the house and pretty much on my own. It's exciting and slightly nerve-racking, but I think that it's something that I need to do. Besides, I should go while I still have the option to go home rather than wait for my parents to decide that I'm a bum.
So the next few weeks are going to be full of being the mom for my mom and getting stuff ready. I have to do some painting and I have to go bed shopping. I think mom wanted me to see if I could get the carpet cleaned in the new room, but I don't think that's going to happen unless she's going to pay for it. I've been getting better at managing money, but I'm not at the point where I can throw down a considerable amount of money for carpet cleaning services. Then there's the matter of actually moving my furniture. I'll have to borrow my brother's truck and see if maybe I can get people who have a little bit of free time and are willing to help.
Any of you willing to help me move furniture in a few weeks? =D I would love you forever...?
At any rate I need to get back to my NaNoWriMo stuff. I don't have nearly enough done, only four thousand some words and I still have so much more to do.
